In short: Blooming good race.
In full: I was leg three of the relay (Ranmore) and headed two miles up the hilsl behind Denbies. The route is out and back so those coming down said hello and visa versa although some looked like a pressure about to blow. The best part of the climb is the views to the left, worth every metre of climbing. Not too gruelling but challenging.

The decent fast and furious. Like being a kid again! I'll do this again next year.

Every single Marshall were amazing, encouraging and smiling. Thank you.

Well done ETL. Brilliant.

Our team came 17th so thanks to Jules and Phil.

In short: Super!
In full: Great run and was pretty fast as well. Good crowd of runners and lovely to run somewhere new. Bit boggy in places, not an issue!

Fantastic marshalls who really helped to keep runners motivated.

Only thing I would add is a coffee/ cake stall for spectators and runners when finished! Makes a little bit more money as well!

In short: Great first half, not so exciting second half...
In full: Right well it was my 1st 20 miler, and after 16/17 mile mark I was finding it rather daunting.

That being said the first half was beautiful, the scenery and lack of wind made this even better. Not very many supporters, but it was overall good fun!

Seeing the finish line then doing another mile was pretty cruel, but I am only saying that as I was struggling at that point to keep myself going!

In short: Blooming tough.
In full: It really is one to consider before you have a heavy new years eve! Surprised my legs got me up all the hills, all forgotten as I raced down to the finish line. Next year I will be there, and an outfit will be prepared beforehand!

In short: Stunning weather and a lovely run.
In full: Really enjoyed the course and made a 30 min PB from my first half earlier this year. The roads were not too cluttered once past the first mile or two. The first water station needed more helpers as they were struggling to keep up with the demand... Other than that a rather lovely day out... I will come back next year...

In short: Splendid.
In full: The weather, the course, the company and the happy marshalls all contributed to one fantastic race. The hills were a plenty not too demanding to stop running... One in the diary to do again and next time I aim to do it a little faster...
