In short: just about recovered - even after all the training !!
In full: to anyone who hasn't done this race - don't expext any flat level bits cos there arent any !! (apart from the shingle beach). Wasn't as muddy as i'd expected mainly down to the weather. Excellent organsation, loads of marshalls, drink stops , jelly babies and live music plus all those off-beat messages around the course. will try and get others to do it next year !

In short: my fifth terminator - the fastest yet !
In full: very dry this year, hence the fast times, the start was a all-out sprint until we got off the road - which was hard in trail shoes - but they did come into their own on the fast downhill sections - i did see the horses heading for the gate before I got the coombe - I was thinking "whats going to happen next" but I was too busy running to look back!
Sadly managed to get out sprinted at the finish. 9 minutes quicker than last year but 3 places down !!
Prehaps its time to make it longer again as I know the route too well !

In short: it was rough and others tumbled !
In full: muddier than last year, and the big hill seemed even steeper !
there were seriously fit runners at the front as although I was fairly near the front, I did it in 1'25", I was beaten by a 60+ yr old and four ladies !!
I strongly recommend this race to any runner !
