In short: Great course on varying surfaces
In full: Great organisation, well marshalled and a generous bananna, twix, water and medal at finish.
Flat is isnt, great course it is, with a real carnival atmosphere at the end!

In short: Very well organised, decent course
In full: Clockwork organisation, excellent and very friendly marshalls, especially liked parking simplicity, loads of water stations and top notch showers afterwards.
Maybe worth looking at a sports drink station at 20 ish and possibly a couple of goodies other than medal at end - in summary - highly recommended 4??

In short: No frills - what you see it what you get
In full: Lots of negative comments about organisation, atmosphere, goodie bag and value for money - all are valid up to a point - however IMO running a marathon is all about the course and if you are of a similar mind then you will have to go a long way before finding a more scenic, undulating, varied and ultimately satisfying marathon challenge. If Fat Feet address some of the gripes then this would be a must do.

In short: Superb organisation, super friendly, great route
In full: Organisation and route are magnificent - the rest is up to you!
I hobbled into the bag collect area only to see my rucksack already on the counter- the marshall had obviously clocked my number from 50 yards and gone to fetch it already! Just another example of fantastic efficiency and friendliness that permeated the entire day - this is a truly special event

In short: Top notch all round
In full: Great course with a nice downhill finish.
Superb communication before the event which looked like it might well be a casualty of the weather, excellent support throughout and tasty beer in the goody bag at the end, does it get any better than this?
