In short: Slippery when wet!!
In full: Great run in tricky wet conditions, which probably explained the busy first aid tent at the end, hope everyone was ok.

I swear that Coffin Trail gets longer every year though. Usual friendly pre and post race atmosphere.

Well done to all who took part, see you next year.

In short: Great Race
In full: Always first on my list of must do races; find it a mystery how this race doesn’t fill up.

It’s a great race. It’s the fastest, flattest 10K I can think of. Set in the lovely grounds of what I think is the most beautiful park in Liverpool.

Great organisation, ample free parking, plenty of toilets, route well marshalled, nice café in a lovely setting. T-shirt and goody bag and cheap as chips entrance fee.

And all put together by some of the nicest people you could wish to meet, giving their time up to raise funds for the designated charity.

If you haven’t done it before, I can only suggest you give it a go, I am sure you will find it is a little gem of a race.

Thanks to all involved, see you next year.

In short: LOST
In full: Really enjoy the Lakeland Trails and this started with the usual great organisation and friendly atmosphere, shame about the already mentioned chaos on the course which sadly took the shine off the event overall.

In short: Who let the dogs out?!!
In full: Really enjoyed this, lovely scenic flat course.

Great turnout by runners and supporters alike.

Loads of marshals’ on the course, great organisation all round. Great medal and t-shirt.

All round bargain, great to see so much money going to charity, hope this is a regular event and doesn’t too get too big.

Well done to all involved, see you next year
