In short: What a run, off-road fun throwing you straight uphill with little let up til mile nine, nearly equalled my flat time purely through sheer-enjoyment of running through the woods and getting stuck in.

In short: Utterly fantastic race taking in the Cornish Clay country from a different perspective, for my first it was awesome well organised, perfectly executed great atmosphere
