In short: This is an undulating course but a downhill finish!
In full: I enjoyed the great scenery when we were out in the wilds. Well marshalled and enough loos and drink stops on the way. I somehow managed to get a PB despite doing a flatter Bristol half a few weeks before. Only 2 gripes one was that there was no water available at the finish unless I could prove I was an "emergency case" and second was my number was not sent out to me in time for the race fortunately I was able to pick it up easily on the day. I just loved the downhill finish and the small pockets of crowd support when we were out in the rural areas made the event worth doing again. I will be back!!!

In short: lovely race with a special atmosphere
In full: this was a very large race ut there were adequate drink and sport drink stations. The funnelling after the finish line was done very well. There were adequate toilets along the route ut a few more after the 10 mile mark would e appreciated. Decent goodies at the end and the space blanket was appreciated. More toilets at the start would make the race great

In short: great flat race ideal beginner's material! and a view of the sea
In full: a windy race by the sea but a super intro to races for a beginner nice and flat. Marshalls were encouraging but there were a few near misses with runners who were running into each other and the start was a bit crowded! nice and flat!

In short: a great friendly race and slow at the back perfect for me!
In full: Lovely friendly race with a quality tshirt and medal. Liked the fact it was 2 laps so it was helpful to know how to pace yourself. Loads of loos on route and a free banana at the end! Marshalls were supportive shame they couldnt stay on 30 minutes more! Water stops were ok
