In short: Fairly well organised and the weather was great. Do need more marshalls on the route though. In full: Would like to see a traffic free event next year, as you cannot expect everyone to stay on the narrow pavements especially between the 8 to 11 mile points. Water stops would be better if they handed out bottles instead of plastic cups. Overall howeevr a good race and friendly marshalls and helpers at the water stops. Thansk to everyone for their encouragement. Atmosphere was great. Date of review: March 30, 2008

In short: Organisation was diabolical. The runners village was a quagmire, ever heard of duckboards In full: Start delayed because tent did not turn up for First Aid. Only informed 3/4 hour before race. Why did they wait until race day to set up the tents? Start area was just a traffic jam. Same again during the finish. They really need to sort out the organisation. Would very much like to thank all the spectators around the route for their encouragement. bets part of the whole day. Date of review: March 17, 2008

In short: Organisation let this event down. No idea where the start was. 10 toilets for 500 competitors. Leaving the event was a joke. Only one road in and out and it crossed the finish line. In full: I know the area so am aware that they could have had an exit onto the Alderholt - Ring wood road to get epople out. This was my first 10K event and I really enjoyed it, very scenic althougn abit muddy in palces but this did not spoil it. Will go again next year in the hope that they sort out toilets, parking and the exit. Date of review: December 30, 2007

In short: A great race and well organised thoroughtly enjoyed it, the atmosphere was great. In full: Challenging in places and great fun going through the water. Coming downhill quite tricky in places, axctually ended up coming down butt first on two occasions. Those who ran it will know where. The event was well organised and must say a huge thanks to the marshalls around the course who did an excellent job and were very encouraging to all runners. Date of review: November 11, 2007

In short: A hilly course which was tricky underfoot. A good challenge but the narrow tracks in a lot of places meant you could not get past other slower runners especially uphill. In full: The organisation was not great at the start (Broughton). Cannot see why they could not have sent the race numbers out with the packs. They set up in the village hall and when you get all the runners going through and sorting themselves out you get some guy spouting Health and Safety regulations and asking you to go outside. Barking!!! The finish was not much better, no signage as to where you got your T-Shirts. Also no refreshments for all the spectators. Date of review: October 1, 2007
