In short: My first time and thought it would be my last but already considering next year
In full: What a day! The organisation and atmosphere were 2nd to none and although I had the worse training ever, and never wanted to repeat that experience, i am starting to think about May 4 when I can enter again.

One of the best things I did was have my name on my shirt - the encouragement from the crowd was tremendous and I pitied those who didn't as they weren't getting the suport that I was. Thanks to all who spectated and made the event one of the most memorable ever. A big thank you to Richard Branson for making this event possible for the next few years.

In short: Hills, Hills and more hills with a few downhills
In full: Again, well done Marlow Striders for putting on an excellent event. I knocked 7-8 mins off from last years race so I am really pleased on that course. Was delighted to receive a spot prize for a whole body spray tanning treatment from a nice lady at the finish. She must of thought I looked deserving of a good holiday! Weather just right, didn't even mind the floods as I made headway through the middle while others were picking their way around the edges.
