In short: fast course
In full: Well priced considering the momento and a nice change of scenery from the usual mills and council estates of my sunday long runs.The only gripe I would have is with such a small field I spent most of the race completely on my own and found it hard to motivate myself to keep my speed up.

In short: Nice flat course
In full: This is the second time i've entered this race, the first being in March and was my first ever race so i was looking forward to doing it again.
Despite a recent health scare i managed to knock 7 mins off my previous time so i was well chuffed.
The organisation and the weather were good but if the previous coments about the sweep cars attitude were true that guy should hang his head in shame.
If anything that just goes to highlight the one draw back in that it does seem much more geared towards serious club runners than novices like myself
