In short: Gloriously tough!
In full: It's taken me a long time to summon up the courage to enter one of Trionium's events and I fear that now I've tried one I'm not going to be able to resist another. A horrible experience that I enjoyed immensely!

In short: Superb organisation and great value
In full: I've run this race several times now and I find it impossible to find fault. Every time it seems to run like clockwork which I'm sure is a tribute to the hard work of the organisers. Plus it's one of the best value races around. Highly recommended

In short: Well organised, enjoyable run
In full: Wasn't sure what to expect given some of the reports from previous years, but I found this to be a very well organised event. A varied route with the challenging hill early on, long stretch of promenade and the loop around the marina. Would like to try it again without the biting wind straight into the face for miles 4-8 ...

In short: Undoubtedly my favourite event of the year
In full: Have done this one seven times now and it never disappoints. Fantastic setting, superb organisation and above all a great challenge - I'll keep coming back for more

In short: Superb organisation - a bargain.
In full: Very enjoyable run. Course provided 'enough' of a challenge and weather stayed on the right side of the line between pleasantly warm and unpleasantly hot. Excellent organisation - a big thank you to all the marshalls and folks at water stations.
If word gets out this race will fill up even earlier next year!

In short: Great race - so much better than last year
In full: Thank you to all involved in making this a great run. The new starting location improved the race immeasurably and the whole organisation was so much slicker than previous years. Running into the Mad Stad is definitely one of the highlights of the running year!

In short: Challenging, but not scarily so. Great atmosphere all the way round. One of the highlights of the half marathon calender
In full: Really enjoyable race. Yes the climb is long (but steady) between miles 3 and 6, but is more than offset by the descent in the latter stages (I managed a 6 minute mile for mile 10 which is ridiculously fast for me!) - pace yourself sensibly and a PB is definitely achievable. When it starts to hurt there's always someone cheering you on - highlight for me was the old folks outside their home around mile 9 enthusiastically bashing their pots and pans!
As others have said maybe the start/finish area is a little chaotic but no worse than many other events (that are catering for a far smaller field). All in all a very enjoyable day out - highly recommended!

In short: Fantastic event with a great reputation that it always manages to maintain
In full: For the last 1 hour of the event and the following 48 hours I (ie. my legs) hate the Beachy Head marathon - otherwise it's my favourite event of the year - by far!
