In short: Well-organised, improved course, great support
In full: Like others who have rated this year's Cardiff Half I also think this was an improvement on 2011. Much better at the start and a more scenic route (sure, there were hills, but this is south Wales, right?). Very helpful and friendly stewards and volunteers (thank you), and altogether a most pleasant atmosphere all round. I may even use my new t-shirt.

In short: Generally well organised, mixed scenery, fast, good support.
In full: Well organised and marshalled, other than the shortage of loos (long queues indeed!) and the jam-packed start. Bit of a mixed route scenery-wise, but pretty fast notwithstanding. Enjoyed the atmosphere (friendly, plenty of support, music, bits and bobs at the end of the event). I'll return.

In short: Fun, friendly, well-organised. Hilly in parts, sure, but PB guaranteed for all first timers given the unusual distance. Great to see a mixture of runners of all types taking part, including (fast!) children. Thanks!

In short: Unmissable.
In full: Ah, the mighty Pudding Race. Such fun. Thanks to the nice people at Brackla for organising, and for thoughtfully arranging for perfect weather. See you next year.

In short: A PB course, great atmosphere, good organisation for the most part
In full: The course was good: much prefer the run up North Road just before the finish to previous runs on the grasscrete. Smallish niggles: some tight points, as others have said, so some nifty overtaking called for on occasions. Mighty crowded at the start, too, where the space behind the start line seemed too small for the volume of runners. But definitely quick - I got a PB. Also plenty of loos and water stations. Bag collection was, well, a mess: but it didn't mar the day and should be easily put right for 2010. Thanks for organising a great day, and thanks to the marshalls, helpers and great supporters.

In short: Great venue, fast, well-organised, nice goody bag
In full: My second Swansea Bay 10k, and I'll be back for a third. The scenery was excellent, and the event well-organised and marshalled (thanks). Decent tee shirt, and some unusual goodies (shampoo and fruit loaf, no less).

In short: Good course, congested at start, more loos needed
In full: Pretty much as others have already said. The course was very good, the organisation was mostly fine. PBs were a real possibility. But - congested for the first 2 or so kms, and definitely too few loos!

In short: Tough race, but friendly. Great organisation, with fine food at the finish!
In full: A mighty slog, this one. Steep uphill for first 3 or so miles, then equally big downhill running for the return. PBs definitely not possible! Small and very friendly event, really well-organised, nice tee shirt, fine refreshments at the end. Definitely one for a return go. Must invest in some proper grippy trail or fell shoes before then...thanks for organising and marshalling.

In short: Great race, great organisation
In full: Thanks to all involved with the organisation for bringing off another great event. Stratford is a fine place for a marathon (and for a half). Watch out for the hills - I sure felt them, on the second lap in particular. One small gripe - I'm reliably informed that the showers in the women's changing block were arctic cold, and no more than a trickle!

In short: Great route, great organisation, great tech t-shirt at end. Thanks!
In full: Thanks, Saint and co at San Domenico for putting on a fine show once again. The Taff Trail is ideal for an event like this, and the organisation and atmosphere was appreciated. The technical t-shirt was a nice touch (I plan to use it in anger), and the finish at Merthyr College with its facilities (and the refreshments) was perfect.
