In short: A lovely run
In full: i was aprehensive of this as my leg had been hurting for few weeks. i was pleasantly surprised by the flatness of the course and when i got a new PB by 2 minutes, it made my day! lovely race!

In short: A hidden gem
In full: I was plesantly surprised to find this face as i live close by. thoroughly enjoyed the race. only minus was the awfully strong wind at the airfield that hampered my PB. oh well, there is always next year!

In short: Third time lucky
In full: this was the third time i ran this. i was determined to the start early and not start at the back and not spend what seems like hours, in the loo queue. the weather was ok whilst we waited to start but then the sun came out. yet another hot race for 2010. the start is such a joke - i wish one year the organisers try to sort it. it's not nice dogging walkers, esp those who carry a massive flag!
there are more non-runners in this one than any of the other races i have been to, which is great. but not seeing them suffer severe heat stroke. hope all are well.
i was quite disappointed how the organisers used teh event brochure to attack london marathon ltd. what ever their beef with them, focus on the race. goody bag was very much in tune with the times - not much in it.

In short: Baked Spuds!
In full: Yet another hot race for this summer! A nice race with an amusing 'momento' - a bag of spuds! they will be more useful than a medal! only minus was the lack of signs at the nature reserve - i was a bit unsure of the route and one extra sign would have helped between 4 and 5

In short: Hot One!
In full: This race was a good idea back in April. Little did I know that it would be the hottest day of the year! All the marshalls had water on them and were offering it to me. The best was the lovely lady who came up to at the finish and soaked me! she did ask first and she was the most welcoming relief!
