In short: Stunning scenery, PB potential but a bit rocky and crowded on the tow path and no directions from London In full: Stunning scenery and nice community feel being such a small race. Some of the organisation could be improved though, there were no directions for those driving from London and the map didnt pinpoint the roads to take or the actual finish point / car park so we drove around for 1/2 hour trying to find it. The water at the first station was stolen apparently so we didnt get refreshment until mile 6 to 7 which made it quite thirsty work. And although the scenery was beautiful, as it was a tow path you could barely fit 2 runners to the track which made it slow going at certain points. Aside from that, I think I did a PB so shouldnt complain too much! Date of review: November 12, 2007
