In short: Hot, crowded but FAB crowds
In full: As a first timer this was a fantastic experience. London looked lovely in the sun and the tremendous support I'd heard about was incredible, as was the marshalling and organisation. It was too hot for me but I cannot blame FLM for that, so slower than I'd hoped but still an amazing experience. Cannot walk today but will sign up for next year when I can get onto the website.

Only small gripe is people walking in the middle of the road rather than the sides and that the narrow bits seemed to come after half way point where more people were walking, which slowed the whole thing down.

In short: Extremely well organised with plenty of friendly marshalls / helpers despite the weather. Lack of WC meant long wait in cold. Goody bag a bit mean - a chocolate or ceral bar would have been welcome.
