In short: The organiser had clearly put a lot of time and thought into making this a fantastic race. I could not fault the organisation and marshalling and stunning course. I will be back next year!

In short: Back for the second year and could not fault the superb organisation. Stunning off road course through the heath, markers every km, superbly marshaled and great goody bags and prizes. Very friendly race too, I will be back next year!

In short: Great organisation at the base, lovely scenery, but an enormous number of disappointed runners in all the races due to poorly marked trails
In full: I had run to 10k before so knew the course, but was amazed at the number of very frustrated runners, especially in the 20k and 30k races who had taken the wrong paths due to poorly marked trails. Given how well the base was organised I am surprised more effort had not been taken to signpost the event at critical points. Many runners had run an extra 2 miles on their garmins. There were also a lot of people annoyed that the mile markers disappeared after 8 miles. Loved the jelly babies!

In short: Superb race, brilliantly organised and stunning scenery. Very well marshalled. Best goodie bag I have had from race and the prizes for top five women and men were very generous. I will be back next year!

In short: Second year of running this fantastic race. Possibly not the best race to start back with having had my second baby 4 months ago, I had forgotten about all the hills!, but great sense of achievement. Really well organised and lovely atmosphere.

In short: Superb support and marshalling from army on the way around the course. I will definitely be back next year. Lots of friends would have liked to know their position in the race and official time.
