In short: Great race. Pb potential on a flat 2 lap course
In full: Good slick organisation and good to have road closures. Good quality at the front of the field. Nice to be captured on the race video. Race website is very impressive and informative. Will do this race again.

In short: A well organised race. Had a good friendly feel to it.
In full: Great organisation from Lichfield RC, good banter from the men with the mikes and great value for money with a nice technical t-shirt provided. The course is fairly quick, with just some small testing hills, the biggest at 6k, some twisty turns from 6-8k then a nice quick descent before a slight incline to the finish in the final k.

In short: A good fast half with a PB achieved.
In full: A quick course, Peterborough doesn't do hills, although twisty in places. Good support around the course to liven the many estates of the town. Nice to get a medal and a T-shirt at the end. If critical there were a lack of toilets in the square for such a large race.

In short: Not bad mid size city race
In full: A twisty course through the city centre means a slow first 5k but the second 5k is quick along wide roads and embankment. Nice finish in the football stadium. Good that sub 35 runners got their own pen. Parking and organisation seemed fine. Good race for beginners.

In short: Good 2 lap race around roads, paths and track of Berry Hill Park.
In full: A good standard of runners present on a breezy evening. Undulating esp. final kilometre. Free chilli, garlic bread and beer afterwards. Well organised and friendly race. A rush of entrants on night delayed start by 15mins but would certainly do the race again.

In short: Nice race
In full: A hot day but plenty of water stops. Good support. A 2 lap course with only one hill of note at 7miles but with a steep downhill at mile 8 it compensates for this. The course makes Burton look picturesque taking you along the river floodplain. Nice T shirt given. Didn't like having to pay 2 quid for parking.

In short: Great race. Great organisation and good course with some teasing hills. s
In full: Made a weekend of it coming down from East Mids. Opted for Reading as I knew the quality of the elite field would push me to a PB- which it did. Superb course weaving through Reading and after 13 miles the noise in the stadium is uplifting and memorable. Enjoyable day for my partner with loads of stalls and entertainment. And the sun was out. Plenty of crowds cheering, bands playing makes this a superb race. And I didn't care for the bus wait back to the train station as I was buzzing.

In short: Well organised race
In full: Suyperb organisation with a great set up at the school, friendly marshalls and I like the rolling results service on the projector. Ran on my own for 12 miles so lonely but good fun with some nice hills. Won a turkey for my efforts which the OH is pleased about! Would do again.

In short: amazing
In full: This race is culty, not really advertised but involves a mile of pretty much constant climbing. I'm a sub 5min miler on track and ran 8:16 to come 2nd so this gives an idea of its toughness. You get to jog/walk the oourse to get to the bottom of the hill from Race HQ/Pub and it gets the nerves flowing. I was heavy legged and puffing badly at the end but a cold beer awaits you at the end. I would do this race again if I lived closer- 400 mile round trip!

In short: Superb and tough.
In full: 2nd time of competing in my club's race. Still unrivalled for organisation. It was a hot day and even on a cool day you can rule out PBs- I ran over 1 minute down on mine- but come for a great hilly race.
