In short: Well organised, first half great and second not so great
In full: This si the second time I have run this and although I knocked 10 minutes off my previous time, it was 20 minutes slower than I wanted! First half great but the second is soul destroying and with the wind this year horrid! I would prefer to re-loop the slightly hilly first half than the boring second! A shame and I hope those first time marathon runners will not be put off!!

In full: I really enjoyed this, there were not that many of us doing the full marathon but I thought this was a great event with nice scenary, clear marking and nice people!

In short: Good run. especially for those new to ultra running. Great organisation and company
In full: This was a good run with very welcoming people organising and running it. I should have mabye expected it as it was by the canal but did get boring at times. Also, caution, not all path, quite a bit of grass to run on.

In short: Excellent run, the support and commaradary of the Rotherham Harriers makes it well worth it!
In full: I tried this a few years ago and dropped out because of the conditions, this time it was excellent and I completed it! The support from others was brilliant and everyone helps each other. Fantastic.

In short: Not a bad full marathon hard with the lack of support in the second part, particularly at holme pierrepoint!
In full: This wasnt too bad, but at the stations they wern't always keen to hand out the gels and I had to run back and ask for one! The lack of support is harder in the second half but perhaps I am just comparing it ti Berlin which was Fab! Not a bad marathon course and may run it again!

In short: Flat?! This was not a flat course. The organisation was good though. . I chose to run this 2 weeks after the Berlin marathon asnd it was too much to soon, but I chose it because it said it was fairly flat which it really wasn't . More accurate des!
