In short: Do this one for the atmosphere, not for a PB...makes for a great weekend!
In full: Considering the number of people running I think the organisation was amazing, everything went smoothly. Somewhat infuriating constantly weaving through people, my start zone was waaay too far back. I guess knew this would be the case when I entered so can't really complain - the crowds and the atmosphere really make this a event a must at some point in your life. Red arrows were awesome, although I was still a bit dazed at that point! Having a well-earned drink in the pub by the sea afterwards was a great end to a great weekend....

In short: Nice fast, flat run.
In full: Was my first 10 mile race - there were quite a lot of fast runners but they weren't intimidating. Everyone was really friendly and supportive. I thought it would be tedious doing multiple laps but it was good to know exactly how much was ahead. Had to run in the middle of the path as there was a pretty steep camber. Definitely worth the early start though, the organisation was good and everything ran (!) smoothly!

In short: Great race, nice and hilly
In full: A nicely organised event with a great atmosphere. Hills make it unlikely to get PB but definitley an enjoyable challenge! In certain parts of the route the pavement was very narrow so overtaking was made a little tricky - could always risk getting squished by a car on the road though.

Would definitely do it again, maybe do some more hills in training to prepare though.

Oh and watermelon at the end was glorious :)
