In short: Great race & lots of chocolate at the end
In full: First time doing this race and certainly not the last. Had all the things in it that I like in a race and even included my favourite running surface, the track through the woods. Am currently working my way through all the chocolate in the goody bag. Well done organisers.

In short: Great organisation and big thumbs up to the marshalls. Enjoy it much more than London and beat my Pb by 30 minutes, some enjoyable chats along the way as well which help me along.

In short: Brilliant run & good weather to boot
In full: This has now gone to the top of my favourites list, wasn't one bit in it that I didn't want to run. Great atmosphere amongst the runners and the odd scattered spectators. Have now got to get the sand out of my trainers from all the beach running.

In short: great run but aching now
In full: This was my first trail race but not my last although my legs are telling me differently. Was pleasently surprised by the number of marshalls around the course particularly the hardy souls on the top of the pass although the final run in was a bit confusing especially when you are very tired. But do like the t-shirt and the spot prizes are a great idea especially as I gain a new running jacket from them, yes mine was the last number called! Will be running again
