In short: Hilly but fun!
In full: Don't underestimate Suffolk, the hills up to mile 6 (and then again to mile 18) are tortuous. Great atmosphere though, and a good alternative to over-crowded London.

Only negative was the lack of food/sports drinks at the aid stations. Bring your own if you don't fancy downing water the whole way around!

In short: So-So, race. But it's not in the 'City,' -- it's on the outskirts.

In short: Good training run, but woeful organisation
In full: Good hills, nice terrain, but the bad organisation really put a damper on this race. They ran out of T-Shirts sizes that weren't large and of water at the end of the race. For 19 quid, even for charity, that's woeful. There are many other trail races in Surrey that are a lot better organised for a cheaper price. The race is a good idea, just not well pulled off.
