In short: such great value for money
In full: 2nd time i've done the race, overall it's a good race and very good value for money.
Pros
- very good value for money
- started on time and lots of support from marshalls and locals
- good bag and medal at end
- no tie on laces chip but one which was on the race number
- very nice lady at mile 11 giving out jelly babies to runners - nice touch!

Cons
- long queues for toilet
- shower facilities weren't great but i guess at least it was available
- missing some mile markers (unless i didn't see them)
- water station signs weren't there for all water stations so before you knew it you were running into one so you had to quickly veer to the right to be on the right side

In short: Great organised run
In full: Pros
- really well organised,
- marshalls were awesome, stood in the miserable weather cheering runners on.
- small enough event so you don't spend ages to cross the start line
- plenty of parking
- lots of drinking stations (and sponges - but we didn't need these in the hideous weather!)
- plenty of loos

Cons
- lack of mile markers, unless it was me but I only starting seeing them at mile 5 onwards
- T-shirts were being handed out quite far away from the finish line so I think a lot of people would have missed these
- Loos were in a soggy field= wet feet and I'd not started the race!

All in all a good race

In short: Great run - but get ready for the hill!
In full: I'd heard tons of great things about Henley but the hill was clearly a challenge! But I wasn't too phased when I got there, it was steep but do-able. I did a PB so very pleased.

Get to Henley early enough to get good parking - not enough loos is something I noticed.

Otherwise great race, the 4 little girls at the top of the hill gave me great motivation to start running again after stopping near the top! They were great!

Nice goody bag too and medal.

In short: Not bad run, best thing was the early 9am start
In full: Nice little race, great early start which means you have the rest of Sunday to do other things!
Minimal queues for anything which was nice and good marshalling throughout.
Because it was so early on a Sunday morning, the drawback is not many supporters on route to cheer you on.
There was a runner with a dog who tripped over his own dog and nearly fell over - so dangerous. Dogs should not be allowed in the races.

In short: Killer hills but good race overall!
In full: I'd never done a 10k before with so many hills, there were about 4 hills and pretty steep to the extent that towards the last hill everyone was just walking up.

It is definitely a good race but not a race where you can get a PB - certainly the hills didn't help but the heat was pretty intensive as well. Thankfully a lot of the running was offroad to plenty of shade. Over all not much was run in the direct sunlight - that helped!

In short: Great value for money, not the easiest of runs but a PB is possible, despite the incliness!
In full: Great run, first time I have done the Pewsey half but I'm coming back next year! Set my new PB which was fabulous!

The best thing is it was great value for money, and it was a smallish crowd which is much friendlier.

Marshalling was very good, organisation was good, plenty of parking, nice little area to shelter in before the start of the race with coffee/cakes to buy

The only thing is the drivers on the road - some were driving way too fast. Some runners didn't help themselves either by running in the middle of a narrow road when it was obvious cars would be coming - some speeding too.

The ban of personal listening devices wasn't a big of a problem thatn I thought - the beautiful scenery definitely made up for it. Spotted 2 of the white horses on the hills!

Pretty challenging course in that there were some decent long but not steep inclines, most done by mile 4 but smallish ones post mile 4.
