In short: Lovely to run off road, great location. Nice staff and a friendly race. I liked the variety on the route. Much better than slogging 10K on a straight road. It was really humid so that made it very hard work for me, being a bit overweight. I set off

In short: Hurray it rained – so I managed to knock 3 minutes off my 10K PB. A wonderful race, really well organised. The marshals were really friendly and encouraging which is great if like me you run near the back. It is a bit narrow in parts at the beginnin

In short: Along the Prom, up the Zig Zag back along the top.
In full: Great a fantastic 10 K and the weather was lovely, the sea was blue, the light was beautiful. Zig Zag was hard. I find the whole listening to IPODS whilst running crowd dull. Back in the day there was a better atmosphere amongst runners. Grumpy old women
