Very well supported in all the villages you pass through. Water stations good nice to get a bottle instead of cups :-) Well run by the guys from Meters to Miles. See you next year :-) Date of review: September 12, 2011

In short: Great Trail Marathon, that is by no means Flat! In full: Really enjoyed the marathon. Lovely route even with the two lap section, I felt a little sorry for those being lapped but most seemed to be enjoying the event. Some minor issues, Mile markers where out, and the lack of sports drinks to help in the later stages. Also a technical T would have been much nicer as a gift at the end as there is no way not I will wear cotton when running. I will enter again, well done to Fa-Feet on their first Marathon :-) Date of review: November 8, 2010

In short: This is a great off road race. With some interesting Hills :-) In full: I really enjoyed this race.
Very friendly, well organised, and fantastic scenery.
The race itself was tough (Due to the Hills) but well worth the run. I was using it as a long training run for a marathon so nothing like the hills to give you a bit of extra training.
Would I do it again? YES, it is one I would say to others give it a go :-) Date of review: August 16, 2010

In short: My First Half and makes we want more :-) In full: The organisation was very good (Especially for a Club WELL DONE Knavesmire Harriers), and the marshalls need a special mention as they GREAT, lots of encouraging the runners all the way round. Even crossing the line it was organisation at its best, and a good goodie bag, even a choice of colour of Sweat Shirt!!!
Once well done to Knavesmire Harriers and all involved.
