In full: A tough run, some nasty hills, but a fast last 2 miles, enjoyed running past road blocks with car horns blasting in anger! The parks were very scenic, the city centre nice, the bits either side weren't that bad, I really enjoyed this, poor goody bag though, but, hey, i'm there for the run and not a t-shirt and the run was well worth it. See you next year for the Marathon!

In full: Tough hill to start followed by a nice sprint downhill before the long run in on the canal side , where , to be honest , the novelty of the lovely scenery soon wears off. However, the marshalling and oraganisation is excellent with a quality t-shirt and plenty of bottles of Lucozade going down far better than the poxy 'goody bags' you normally get. I'll be back for more, it buts a lot of the 'bigger' races to shame - Well done Horsforth Harriers !!

In short: Great atmosphere first half, strange when the course splits - I ran on my own for 2 miles before running around the monotonous water park, I'll be back though, but where was my t-shirt!!

In full: This is a charity fun run-nothing else, designed for people with good intentions, hence the name run for all.Yes,it's frustrating for the more experienced of us,but what the heck,it's for a great cause in memory of an inspirational lady, lot's of first timers go on to run more seriously as a result,if you want to race avoid it , if you just want to be part of something special, this is the one.No chance of a pb,crowded all the way round , disorganised finish area (not as good as 2007) but this was my wifes first race today and she loved it! Go on,sign up for next year!

In short: After reading last years reviews, i wasn't looking forward to this, however, after coming away with a pb,i can't complain!A well organised race, interesting track (better than Silverstone) like the socks as a prize instead of a t-shirt
