In short: Rating the half as a must do race
In full: Half maratoh in the sunshine.
I was worired about the sandy beach on Croyde, but the race only really starts after half way.
Hands on knees up the steps wasn't a good sign.
Thanks to all the runnrs who asked if I was okay on way to the finsih. Thanks for the massge team and the cream tea team. I'll be back with a bit more training and more respect for the race.

In short: Course and race fantastic, especially sandwich voucher, bit more organisation at Gaudet luce would make it perfect
In full: Excellent course and race, perfect for a pb. Traffic / parking was well marshalled, only minor comment is that spectators were not given clear info on where to stand and ended up waiting behind the finish.
I hope it becomes a regular event, well done droitwich

In short: Apart from the NIA, fantastic
In full: A great race, enjoyed the lucozade sport goodies on walk back but think more signage to start and from finish would help from NIA. Crowd support was great as was seeing elite runners on way back. All race officials. Only negative was NIA staff who seemed to think it was a crowd for a gig. Aggresive, loud and not knowledgeable, "only doing my job" to the enth degree, bag searches for cans of pop? not allowing a pram into the hall or a proud dad to accompany his son to pick up his bag. not a good advert for Birmingham but race itself was fun and Broad Street looked amazing!
