In short: The most enjoyable race!!!
In full: It's hard to think why you wouldn't do this one, and easy to see why it fills up so quick. I did a PB without trying - its that sort of race just an enjoyable sunday morning run. Brilliant GBRC.

In short: Lovely flat course all with buttery smooth organisation
In full: Thoroughly enjoyed this great course among a small field, one of those small local friendly runs that has all the nice touches that makes you want to do it again.

In short: Very enjoyable run with great local support
In full: First time I’ve done a lap course and what an enjoyable experience and that hill goes down on the back of the course. But it does help when you get a PB which follows one last week in the Ipswich half.

In short: A course that deserves respect - supported by a small but great crowd
In full: Couple of niggles like vague map detail for water stations etc. in pre race pack but only minor detail. This was a well thought out course that had challenges but also rewards, which went through suburbs, town, park and country which made for varied scenery and a pleasant change and a surprise PB. This was complimented by some great well organised marshalling right from the arrival to crossing the line. A few more runners and a few more spectators as enthusiastic and this will be a major event that I look forward to doing again.

In short: Lovely day out with a bit of a challenge
In full: Followed up last year with a better time on a course that has its challenges, especially on a hot day. The organisation is spot on, plenty of parking, well organised, good marshalling, nice t-shirt, all in all a stress free race – look forward to next year.

In short: Great PB potential, well organised and marshalled new event
In full: Thorouly enjoyable flat route around the army on mainly quiet footpaths. The sun was out and my time was good, all is well in the world. Hopefully this event will grow, as will the field, to be a regular.
