In short: Nothing Special
In full: An ok race with a route that I would not exactly describe as flat. I guess it does have PB potential though.
The start area had no atmosphere at all and was rather depressing.
This is the 3rd year I have done this race and I think It is time to call it a day on this one. Its not local to me and doesnt really excite me enough to return again in the near future

In short: Fast course
In full: Not point moaning about anything because year after year the problems remain the same and the organisers dont seem that interested in making it a better race.
Very fast course though, which is the only reason I keep coming back and probably will again next year.

In short: Well organised
In full: Second time for me and the 'hill' didnt seem quite as bad a I remember. There are PLENTY of downhill sections to make up for it. Friendly marshalls.

In short: Well organised
In full: Organisation was good, but how depressing was the local support...there was very little, but thanks to those who did make the effort.
Plenty of water stations but that was a very lonely race with just myself for company most of the way round.

In full: Very basic. Start was delayed by late arrival of organisors. Staggered start which was good. One to do if you want to test your speed but its nothing special.

In short: Much better
In full: Organisation was much better than last year. Didn't have any problems with toilet ques or collecting chip. Could see long ques a little later but thats why I get there early!!
Start and finish much better. Should keep it like that. Pleased to see the predicted pace boards up this year.
The town centre section towards the end still seems a little dodgy but didnt quite seem as bad as last year.
Medal and goody bag was ok.

In full: Black bank just seem to go on. Seemed well organised. Appeared to be very clubby but a beginner would have felt welcome.
Well worth doing.
