In short: Nice course, very well organised, pb by 47 seconds too!
In full: Very pleased to break my pb more than 10 years after the last time, and a nice friendly race on a good, well marshalled course.

In short: Missed the start - in the loo! First km spent weaving through the pack. Still, managed 39.59!!!

In short: Pleasant parkland 10k, traffic free, almost flat
In full: Expecting gales and driving rain, so a very pleasant Sunday morning, in sunshine and a bit of a breeze. I think the last kilometre was a bit longer than the rest though, my splits were pretty consistent throughout, the last km was nearly 30 seconds longer!!

In short: A lovely course, if hilly / sticky in parts. Excellent organisation.
In full: Got to be 100% pb potential - how many 15.7 milers are there!! I had never run this far before, but felt elated if exhausted through the last few miles. And I never had to queue for a single stile, unfortunately. Just regret not being able to eat whilst running, looking at what was on offer at the checkpoints.

In short: You know its going to hurt, but only until half way!
In full: Seems a bit miserable with the low pb potential scores - this is the only 7 I've ever run, 3rd time this year and scraped another 16 seconds off my best (and 4 years older than last time now too). Wonderful setting, and no wind or rain this year either.
