In short: Grind up the long accent for a fast down hill.
In full: Wet,muddy, slippery and yet I still managed to find a pace that I had planned for.A good warm up for the Orienteering at Guildford Uni next Friday. That's going to be a piece of cake now.

In short: Nice bit of road
In full: Always like a bit of road running to supplement my usual muddy x-country diet and the chance to dress up like a potential mugging victim was quite a change.Hats off to Swanley club for organizing it.

In short: Foot@Mouth changearound run
In full: I was looking forward to a couple of heafty climbs and views of a green and pleasant land, what I got was a 5k warm up lap around a church and then did the decent thing and put up race pace for the final leg.Next year I want the full race package or I'll go and join in with the U9's rugger.(It was fun though).
