In full: PB potential with slight uphill. 3 Laps is a little repetitive but wildlife on the course makes up for it.

In short: A benchmark in 10k organising
In full: Great flat course and nice route through Lee Valley park. A definate PB potential. (I acheived my PB.) Humid on the day but well worht it. Well organised and marshalled. A nice local event.

In short: A good race - nothing special
In full: Tight start and curious as to the reason why the start was at this narrow section. Would have preferred not to collect a chip at the beginning but rather this was mailed out!
Finish was a little tight. Well manned throughout.
Not a spectator friendly race mind you but good enough in general.

In short: Overall quite good but can be better
In full: Seems very popular, a nice off road route . Somewhat congested at the beginning which is annoyinhg but not too bad. Final hill is a mean addition and I would doubt the last KM marker being correct.
