In short: Fast course, well organised
In full: Overall very well organised - but why ask for a stamp addressed envelope on the application and then not use it?
Could do with more lavatories unlocked / more paper in them.
I expect I will be be back, generally a good race with friendly efficient people running it.

In short: Congratulations to all involved
In full: Very well organised, marshalled, signed etc.. all you could hope for in terms of organisation. The marathon begins with a lap of the race course, then effecively starts after the half, which means it is not too crowded but there is some company for the first lap.
The attentive marshals and friendly policing made this an enjoyable event. If I lived nearer I would certianly plan to repeat it.

In short: Well done Chippenham
In full: Nicely organised, well thought through. It was great not to have a bottleneck early in the race, having the first few miles of roads shut makes it so much easier. Should you be looking for areas to improve, they would be:
Cars parked on the road / pavement at about mile 9 made it difficult for traffic to pass us.
The announcements half an hour before the race did not work - and we were kept too long at the start.
The guest was the Mayor, not the Mayoress - I would love to know why!

Very good race, thank you.

In short: Great combination of friendliness and efficiency
In full: Lovely country roads, loads of marshals providing support as well as directions.

In short: Thank you for a great race !!
In full: Organisation was excellent, marchals had been well briefed and locals suported my flagging efforts superbly.

I would however agree with the earlier comments, cups of water are very dificult to run with, bottles much better. Even if only the half way station was bottles it would be nicer. I believe Malvern has bottles of water ?

In short: Event organisers should be ashamed - I feel sorry for the few marshals who were trying their best
In full: Very poorly organised, no one appeared to be in charge. No signs and no one to ask. Carpark appeared un-marshalled, no signs to guide you to the start. Completely inadequate lavatories (surrounding hedges must be very unpleasent now!), chip collection a dissorganised mess, the start was a joke with no guidance on where to stand, first water station had bottles still in plastic. Really basic things.

The marshals who were there were working hard and doing their best, but the lack of signs and lack of overall organisation spoiled a lovelly sunny day.

That their result server is not working properly is almost as expected.

In short: Smooth organisation, delightful atmosphere, beautiful landscape -
In full: I am jealous of previous year's runners who got saplings or T -shirts, but a water bottle is better then a medal. Impressed by how many beginners were there, good for less confident runners. Family friendly location.
