In short: Thank you to all involved in organising a great day.
In full: I haven't trained enough recently and the day was too hot for me, so I was pleased to find that I thought it wasn't quite as tough as I expected. Would certainly do it again and hope (sorry, work hard for!) for a better time (1.36)
