In short: Great Day Out
In full: This was my first Sleaford Half, the course was great, we were lucky with the weather, this made the off road section ok (not to muddy) I have only done 4 half marathons, the goody bag and support at the end was by far the best. I would reccomend this to anybody, there was a fair mix of abbilitys so it suits everyone.
Thanks to all the marshalls and officials

In short: Really worth doing
In full: This is my third Half this year, and interms of running its the best, you can run at your own pace for the whole distance, parking was so easy, i had to walk 3 mins to the starting area, and getting away was just as easy. It is hilly at the start but because you know you will be ging down hill for the last mile it makes you try in the middle section. And thanks to the people i spoke to on the way round, its very friendly and very well organised.

In short: Great Day Out
In full: This was my first Great North Run, the day was fantastic but the run was hard, not the course but the sheer number of people, givin what i know now you should treet this as an event and dont get hung up on a time, i started about half way down the start area whick took 15 mins to get over the line.
