In short: Very Well organised -
In full: I ran a starting again from the beginning PB and would like to think I could beat that next year - not sure it is an all time PB course which is 16.5 minutes quicker than I ran here.

In short: Very Well organised -
In full: First Race in 12 years and have only been jogging since 31st Deecember, so was a bit apprehensive especially as it was also the Essex 5 Mile Chaampionships - but found my place at the back and 'jogged' round - will be back next year fitter thinner and hopefully a lot faster.
