In full: I am probably biased as I managed to knock 25 mins off my personal best but I thought it was a wonderful event - well done to the organisers. Tremendous support from the marshalls and most of the spectators - some of the holidaymakers were oblivious to the marathon taking place alongside them but you can't expect everybody at a seaside resort to be interested in a running event. Weather was kind, plenty of water stations and overall a really friendly atmosphere. I would hope to see it held again but if not fingers crossed Fleetwood is as good.
