In short: Excellent Race, great marshalling, excellent Hoody and Cheese Roll!
In full: The race is tough but one of my favourites. the marshalling and water stops (+ gels + jelly babies + chocolate!!)were excellent. I would recommend this race to anyone planning to run London or Paris as once you have this under your belt the increase in confidence makes all of the hills a distant memory! the hoody is great and the cheese roll is the best you will ever taste...bar none :)
Roll on next year..

In full: This was a special day for me as it was my 50th birthday, and the race lived up to my expectations so I would like to thank all of the organisers for a great event and roll on 2011!

In short: Great race, has PB potential, nice finish
In full: Arrived slightly later than expected due to traffic and then had a worrying queue for the loo but managed to get to the start on time! The race is advertised as flat, which is true if you discount all of the ramps upto the bridges which can certainly sap energy when it was as warm as yesterday.
I felt as if I was struggling upto 8 miles but then what felt like a nice 2 mile downhill section without the wind of the previous two miles certainly lifted my spirits and got me back on track for a new PB. The finish downhill on grass is a real winner enabling everyone to smile as they reach the finish, great touch! Knocked 40 seonds off PB so well chuffed :) :)

In short: Great race although slightly spoilt by the change to the toilet facilities this year. That said thanks to all organisers and marshalls, fab race and will be back next year.

In short: Good race, start was a bit tricky as getting through/overthe fences was difficult
In full: Good race, some good hills and the wind did not make it easy. Finish was excellent with plenty of water and free bananas. It was made slightly harder by having the Stafford Sub-4 20 Miles only the week before but the route all but a couple of miles was completely different. Big congrats to the organisers, I will be back!

In short: Excellent organisation, great race, hilly rather than undulating, will definitely be back next year.
In full: Great run, hilly particularly at about 5km and at 11km but I was still able to set a PB. Marshalls were excellent and the encouragement given probably the best i have come across. Diary is different but maybe not so useful to the Blackberry generation!
Will certainly be doing this next year with the rest of my pals from Aldridge running club! Congrats on a great race!
