In short: Really enjoyed the challenge of getting up the hills to see the scenery.
In full: A great run for challenging hills, great scenery in and out of Bradford, nice people along the way and a nice finish in Lister Park. Really looking forward to next year!

In short: Good Spring Run
In full: The organisation is great, with friendly marshalls and a samba band to spur you on near to half way. The scenery is dull city type stuff, but you get to run towards the hills in the distance past Shipley - you just need to keep your eyes up! The atmosphere is friendly and it is a good 10K for beginners - the couple of uphill sections don't last for very long and are immediately followed with a nice down hill reward. I managed a PB fairly easily, following the Epilepsy Trust website's training plan.

Will definitely be there regularly.

In short: So friendly and organised that it made up for the gale force wind!
In full: This was my first half-marathon and I really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was friendly and uplifiting at the right moments, organisation was tremendous and nobody let the gales put them off. Great, thank you!

In short: Great organisation and a good, flat, route.
In full: This was my first 10K and I was a bit worried after reading some of the negative comments left in previous years. However, I had a brilliant time and have nothing negative to say at all. The start and finish worked well, there was water available at the 5K turning point, super fast runners and total beginners existed together peacefully with very clear starting signage and K markers. People cheered each other on, some ran, some ran slower, some people walked now and again and some people walked most of the way. I feel that this was a great race that would boost beginners and the elite alike, and I did my best consistent mile time ever!
