In short: Another magnificent 7...
In full: This race is one of the highlights of my year and I wasn't disappointed - 4th time of running! Conditions were clear, sunny and cool, with a bit of a breeze, so you could see for miles. This has a downside, though, as it means you can see how far away the Obelisk is as you climb towards it! The climbs are challenging, but the descent along the trails either side of halfway, dodging the mud and puddles, is brilliant, as is the suicidally steep final downhill. Great fun! My GPS measured this as a bit shorter this year, 6.75 miles, but still managed a decent (for me) time of just under 55 mins. Even with the extra quarter mile I would have been under the hour for the first time - maybe its getting easier!! Great race, added to my collection of glasses and loved the donut at the end. Thanks to all at Ledbury Harriers - it's a treat of a race.

In short: Fantastic friendly race in a fantastic location.
In full: My 3rd time here and it is one of my racing highlights of the year. I find this tough - the hills are a real challenge - but there's such a sense of satisfaction in running all the way (even if I'd be quicker walking some of them!)

The location is superb, the organisation great and the atmosphere is warm and friendly, perhaps in part because it is a hard race.

Love it! Will be back next year, aiming to break an hour (1.03 this year, 1.05 last year, so it's possible!)

In short: Great occasion, very friendly, lovely course.
In full: Lovely event - small, friendly, well organised and on a superb course through the Deer Park. The hill at 5k is horrible but the rest is great.

Some great touches today - naming runners over the PA as we got to the line and a chocolate medal! How good is that - a superb idea!

I was there at 10.10 on the 10\10\10. Thanks to all at Cirencester.
