In short: 'Undulating' means 'really very hilly', but pleasant route, except for watching the 'elite' runners hurtling past you!

In short: Well organised and pleasant run
In full: A bit crowded at first, but a pleasant run after that. Not too hilly. Well organised and the marshalls were encouraging. The food afterwards was good.

In short: It was hot for October - and to run out of water even at the first and subsequent stations was not good!!! The spectators were fantastic. Very supportive!

In short: Even though it was sun-shining in Newcastle for the Great North Run, the Abbots Langley run is good, even in the rain!! The hill at the end seems to get a bit easier each year.

In short: 'The hill!!' has got worse! It is longer and harder, but once it's done the rest is fine.

In short: Hot, hilly and hard!! Well marshalled and plenty of water. Ran out of lollies; given a Kids' Fun Run tee-shirt and an hour to get out of the car park!! Otherwise not bad!!!
In full: Hot, hilly and hard! Pleasant course; water stations and marshals frequent. Disappointed to be given a tee-shirt for the children's race at the end - and run out of lollies - and an hour to get out of the car park! Apart from that not bad!!!
