In short: It's my local, well organised and a pleasure to run!
In full: Not a traffic frinedly course so if your coming to Portsmouth better off on the train. Event is well organised and it seems the runners a split quite well moving the slower ones to the thrid and final running group. If you gonna walk keep left please. (or don't bother)
