In short: some undulations on the course, well organised start location with plenty of cover and toilets post race

In short: Tough work into the wind this time out but should be a flat and quick 4 lap course in good weather. Weolcoming team and organisation , lovely cakes at the end :-)

In short: 400m track finish is a good touch, 2 lap course limits variety but is failrly solid. running the cycle under passes gives constant uphill down hills to work with

In short: 2 laps of a up and down coastal road and a finish along the sea front. Enjoyable racing
