In short: Better route than last year, but what the hell happened at the baggage reclaim?
In full: Was pleased that the organisers had taken into account last year's complaints about the "grasscrete" and re-routed. But really, a 45 minute queue to pick up your bag at the end of the race is a poor show :(

In short: Overall good but crowded in bits
In full: Was slightly taken aback that part of the route took us through a car park! Never had that before. There were a few points in the race that were quite frustratingly narrow, but all in all a good day, there were some lo ely scenic bits and it was all pretty friendly round a mostly quick course. However, if you're going to give away towels, you need to make sure that you haven't run out with about 2000 runners still to come in - that's a serious underestimation! PS - I knew I smelled bad, the three cans of deodorant in the goody bag really did drive that home though ;o)
