In short: Great way to kick start the New Year if you stayed of the 'pop' the night before.
In full: Good organisation. Well supported by all the local clubs almost approx.500 runners.
Good support on first 2 small laps and at finish.
Pity the bottles of water were stolen from mid way point - security will need to be tightened next year!
The course has PB potential and is pretty flat but the strength of wind a major factor but stayed fine this year.
Good tech t-shirt. Will return again. Good event.

In short: Scenic 10k race along Mablethorpe promenade.
In full: PB Potential at least for first5K!Strong wind made last 5k challenging. Felt good for sea air after this - brilliant.
Generous goody bag.
Traffic free course.
Race start was delayed by 5 minutes due to donkeys on the course - this has to be a first - but was no fault of the organiser!
Good pre and post race meeting point.
Well marshalled. Will be back.

In full: Great Friday night race is a good circuit but challenging and was well organised with plenty of marshalls. Your unlikely to get a PB.
Beware though pavements are full of pot holes despite being on well used paths - blame North Lincs Council. Made a change to get a kit bag rather than a heavy cotton t shirt - how about a sports towel next year.
