In short: ohhh the pain
In full: totally brilliant race ,this was my second massacre and in the year since the last one having ran the sodbury slog i though i could breeze through it after all its a mile shorter than the slog ,by christ was i wrong it was terrible .Although i was a 2 minuets faster than last year i had to give it evey thing i had. With calf muscles the size of lemons with cramp two bleeding knees after a fall,a broken watch I stumbled over the ,having said that i will be back next year .If you want a real challenge this is te race for you it is trully great.

In full: my first slog ,absolutly loved it best course i ever ran.what a graet way to spend a sunday morn.

In short: massacre is the right word!
In full: This was my first ever race,i only started running in sept 07.i live in malvern so the uphill bits were what i expected (long and hard).But i was totally not prepared for the mud (like running through 6-8 inches of marmite.)But having said that it was truly a brilliant race and i have got 12 months to train for next year .bring it on
