In short: Excellent marathon over three days challenge
In full: The challenge of doing the three races was fantastic and a real one-off experience compared to all the races out there.
The weather had been horrendous so East Grinstead and Burgess Hill legs very muddy.
However lover the countryside and challenge of ankle deep mud in East Grinstead real cross country running!!
Burgess Hill due to weather was two laps not three so unfortunately a bit of trouble passing slower runners which wouldn't have happened if two laps. Hopefully two laps next year but great cross country course, loved it!
Haywards Heath course challenging with lots of uphill but not as scenic as other two races as through houses etc.
Organisation excellent, especially due to weather conditions.
My Kids enjoyed the races two.
Hopefully runs every year!!!!

In short: Loved the race!!!
In full: Fantastic organisation, and easy to collect numbers and chips on the day. I found this less hassle than being posted the number etc.

Really enjoyed doing four laps which after 2-3 meant I was lapping people and that was a real motivation. Got a PB which without the rain I think I could improve on next year.

Also the laps meant you always saw slower runners going the other way and I made the whole event dynamic. With single lap half marathons you find your position early on and then very often never pass anyone else again. I enjoyed the feeling of being really involved.

I am always impressed with the organisation of the Bexhill events after having done numerous 10ks, this half marathon is now a regular on my schedule.

Thanks to all the organisers and marshalls...

In short: Enjoyable run in glorious weather
In full: Nice low key race, with small field.

My kids enjoyed playing on the field at the start / finish, where there is also a good playpark for them.

The run is a good challenge with hills / styles / and plently of uneveness underfoot.

Really enjoyed beautiful scenery and traffic free route (never even heard a car on the route!!).

Nice hotdog after race although the freezing cold shower afterwards tested my constitution.

Definitely back next year.

In full: Great race. Lovely scenery and very challenging. Plently of drink stations and sponges. My Children (6 and 3) loved Tommy Tickle, the entertainer. Great family day out.
