In short: There is something spcial here! This is my 2nd marathon and the 2nd in Abingdon! Fantastic event, fantastic marshalls and support - thank you so much!
In full: There is really something special at this event! Biggest thank you to the marshalls for their enthusiasm, support and proffesionalism! You make the event work like clockwork! Wonderful start and finish in the stadium and a must do event for anyone! Thank you once again!

In short: First time to do this and will be back - first class!!
In full: Having done a few half marathons, this event ticks all the boxs! The organisation was excellent from start to finish. On the subject of finish great around the field with the crowds and villages very supportive. I will be recomemnding this for our club championship half marathon. Fantastic value with tech T-shirt as well and help for heroes charity made me proud to be part of it. Thank you to all involved and giving their time as marshalls, water stations etc. Everyone should be proud of this great race!

In short: Excellent race again! One of my favourite courses!
In full: Marshalls and helpers at water stations great and encouraging! Thank you for your hard work. Chip timing is great (PB for me 1.29!!) The goodie bag once again like last year was a waste of time, I dont want a bag of leaflets put a snack bar or a energy drink in there!!!!
This is a great race and the weather was kind this year.

In full: Great course, lots of interesting mix/places, trail & road. Stewards were the best I have met yet, I think everyone of them were clapping and encouraging runners. Brillient!!! I will be back next year for sure. A big thank you!!!

In short: Excellent race, well organised great marshalls and volenteers.
In full: Really enjoyed this race, nice to finish in the stadium as well! Stewards and crowds excellent considering the condtions, thank you! One point for improvement, the mile marking on the road was not ideal missed a few. Would suggest mile markers on lamp posts. Thank you for an enjoyable race.

In short: Great event only one problem!!!
In full: Outstanding event!! Rapid results text! Crowds stewards top draw! Only one problem - the collection of bags at the runners village and although the staff worked really well under the circumstances (my hat off to them) Waiting was terriable, needs to be sorted really. But everything else excellent.
