In short: 1st time for Lymington 10k, will not be the last
In full: Fantastic race, views of the Solent, running through country lanes, great atmosphere, marshalls positive. Good price and with a chip! I would say its got to be my top 10k. Not an easy PB race as the paths are rather barrow at points, but still a lovely race!

In short: A lot of work for what it was
In full: Delay was a real pain and cold, I was under the impression it was a 9:45 start, I got over the start line at 11:05, but I believe this was down to the tube. Drinking water from cups was a pain and often delayed, GNR, VLM, bottles, much easier and quicker. I only really appreciated the music on the double turn backs, mostly DJ sets, no great shakes, more of a gimmic. Had to chase running pack via their office, very difficult to got hold of organisers. Good point, plenty of loo's. Work in progress I would say, especially for £35.00. T-shirt would be nice for this money?

In short: Great, large scale race, well organised.
In full: Fantastic day, sun burn is hurting more than legs, school boy error. Ran with 'Fat Boy Slim, for a while. Crowd were wonderful, continually shouting out name! Lots of loop backs which you love or hate, I don't mind. Sports top water may be a better option. Delay to start was a little frustrating, but I believe for the right reasons, H&S. Well done Tim, organised a first class race.

In short: Well Organised, loads of happy Marshall's, beautiful views.
In full: Atmosphere was great, really upbeat and motivating. Support was great, hills numerous. Mud didn't seem as bad as the Terminator last weekend, beach running was exhausting. Loved the big climb up the cliff face, it was my first but not my last the encounter of the Grizzly!

In full: I had no idea what the score was... Lost me trainer in the 2nd bog. Massive hills, rope climbs, and a very, very cheeky stream crossing (above the two boys???)at the end. Great Marshalls!

In short: Beautiful scenery, later half muddy and fun
In full: Some long haul hills, the road run misleads you into a false sense of security! later half sticky and deep at points and the near river run on the end keeps you focused...
