In full: Once again- nothing to fault! Superb scenery, route, marshals, supporters on bikes, water stations, and hills!!!!! Great venue and parking. See you next year I very much hope! Many thanks to organisers.

In short: Lovely route, too expensive with no medal a end
In full: Shame some omissions this year- no medal- uninspiring finish- poor vest that I won't be wearing as too scratchy and weird shape- great water stations manned by enthusiastic cadets- hope they get a decent donation from Fat Feet- gels on route which is helpful thank you- but overall not value for money. Beautiful route on good running surfaces. Really needed space blanket at finish as rained all race and was 4 degrees- nothing appeared, much to my anguish- ended up asking first aiders through my chattering teeth. Overall, lovely race as lovely location - just needs some tweaks from the organisers! Probably see you next year!

In short: Superb organisation, route and friendliness
In full: Amazingly well organised and very slick - easy parking, registering, start and finish, with plenty of loos, massage if wanted and food and live music. Party atmosphere and very friendly - both runners and marshalls. Lovely runningn through castle estate and past cathedral but felt alittle lost in town centre and along river right at the end as signs appeared to dry up abit? - maybe I was just so tired by then, I didnt see them?! Overall. an excellent day out for everyone - a great charity and a definite to do again. Thank you!

In short: Got to experinece this one!
In full: Spine tingling support! Great Expo! Very emotional race but found it too crowded to run in a straight line - didnt thin out at all! Superb marshalls, first aiders, water stations, and crowds! Very special event. Superb sight seeing trip round our capital!
VERY very disappointed with the One size fits all finisher T Shirt - bet it dosent fit many!! Such a shame as I would love to wear it with pride!Fab medal.
Theres something about this race that makes it so special.

In short: stunning scenery!
In full: Fabulous course with stunning views and mostly off road.Thanks to the great army cadets! Nice touch to give out gels on route but needed more water stations towards the end (sunny weather contributed to that!)Lovely finish in such a picturesque venue!

In short: Friendly, well marshalled with 2 big hills!
In full: Well organised marathon route with pleasant scenery in places and 2 challenging hills! Didnt enjoy the main roads but they didnt make up the majority of the route. Lovely medal and water bottle at finish! Many thanks.

In short: Fantastic marshall support and great supply of water
In full: Excellent organisation - plentiful water even in high temperatures - superb marshalls - but flat 2 lap course didnt interest me - great for PB though! Thanks marshalls, you were excellent!
