In short: Great scenary, thin but vocal support, fantastic water stations, good PB potential, but remote location. In full: Would I do it again? Probably, but it's a long way although a good excuse for a weekend away. I doubt next year.

In short: A grand day out! In full: It was billed to me as "flat". It's not. Take my word for it. This a hardmans marathon, but super fun! The supurbe organisation makes you forget how hard it really is. Loads of support from marshals and locals out to watch.
