In short: Superb!
In full: A superb race that was well organised and provided excellent value for money. Tough on the feet due to the rock hard ground, a few nasty hills thrown in towards the end but excellent provision of water, sponges and energy drinks to keep you going! Only gripe was the poor showers afterwards. However would recommend to anyone who fancies a challenge and a good day out!

In short: A very well organised and friendly event.
In full: A nice race, expertly organised especially as there were no road closures. Shame the ford was too deep but the sun even appeared for us towards the end. Oh, and a nice big hill to negotiate.
many thaks to Crowborough runners!

In short: This race is great for the soul if not your muscles!
In full: 26.2 miles ( as the crow flies ) of hills, mud, rain, mist, wind and pain and cramps in places I never knew! Expertly organised and having well placed marshalls who know exactly what to say at the right times makes all the difference. This race is already on my calender for next year and if you love running - find some hills, practice and come and join in a very special marathon.

In short: Fantastic 1/2 through some special scenery
In full: Lovely race through some spectacular scenery, well worth the slog up the hills. Only have minor gripes: More toilets, confusion at start as half the field didn't know which way to face! and not sure about the "sandwich" bag instead of a t-shirt or medal. Otherwise well organised, friendly, encouraging and even the weather was perfect!

In short: Don't waste your money on this one!!
In full: Over-priced, poorly organised, no clock, timings or chip for £30 entrance. Was even given the wrong medal at the end. Total rip off and there are plenty of other races in and around London that offer much much more. ASICS should be ashamed of themselves.
